Weekend rates (SATURDAY-Sunday)
$90 HOURLY with a 2 hour minimum
FULL DAY (eight hours) at $650
Please provide session details in your booking request.
Ex: photographing mini sessions, newborn session, content creation, etc.
Please note your rental time must account for set up/clean up.
You will not be able to arrive before your time slot or stay later.
The Loft, P.S. has two reserved parking spaces directly in front of studio space. Yellow guest parking spaces and street parking is also available. NO parking in spaces belonging to any other business or your car will be subject to towing.

Open flames are not allowed in the studio.
We understand that boudoir photographers will rent the space, and that is acceptable during studio time. We do request that you close the sheer curtains during your session. All content must be PG-13 and tasteful. No adult content of any kind can be filmed or photographed on property.
Maximum of 10 people in studio (including photographer) unless prior approval.
No use of tape or other damaging materials to the walls without prior approval.
Please treat our studio as if it was your own; clean up after yourself. You will be charged for
a $75 cleaning fee if not left in the same condition as it was received.
Security cameras and recording devices are on premises for security purposes for you, your clients and The Loft, P.S.
